The CRECO Secretariat is located in Upper hill-Nairobi. The Management Committee is in charge of the affairs of the Secretariat and acts as an advisory body. It is made up of the following:

4. Paul Masese Kemunche (Male) – Vice Secretary
5. Angela Musyoka (Female) – Treasurer

7. Helen Obande (Female) – Member
