The Management Committee
The MC is mandated to implement the policies of CRECO. The MC comprises the chairperson, the vice chairperson, the secretary- general, the vice secretary- general, the treasurer and two members. The MC meets once every month and as need arises.

1. The Secretariat

The Consortium's technical and programmatic affairs are managed by a Secretariat. The present staffing of the secretariat comprises of the following:

2. Subcommittees

  • Programs Development Committee: The general council appointed this committee to ensure involvement of members in the design of consortium programs.
  • Finance and administration committee: this is a subcommittee of the management committee. It was established in August 2003 to oversee financial management and personnel issues relating to the Secretariat.
  • Program management subcommittee: this is a subcommittee of the management committee. It was established in August 2003 to oversee matters relating to program implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
  • CRECO Secretariat Management Team, comprising of the CEO, Programs Coordinator, Finance Officer and one other staff member. This team is appointed by the Management Committee, to implement decisions of the MC in the Secretariat
